Oyerepa TV’s Help Me Change supports physically challenged Noah with a container
Help Me Change social intervention programme of Oyerepa TV, has supported Noah, a man whose health challenges and difficulty with movement have made it difficult for him to earn a living, by providing him with a container stocked with goods to start a business.
Noah’s story was featured on the social intervention programme, which highlights the struggles of vulnerable people and mobilises support to improve their living conditions.
Despite battling illness and experiencing difficulties with movement, Noah resorted to hawking at a traffic light to make ends meet. His situation highlighted the challenges people living with health conditions face when trying to survive without adequate support.
Following the programme’s intervention, a container stocked with slippers and other items, including rapper bags and takeaway bags, was provided for Noah in his hometown of Wioso in the Asante Akim North Municipality.
The support is intended to give him an opportunity to earn a living through trading, potentially reducing the need for him to hawk at traffic lights despite his health challenges.
The intervention forms part of Help Me Change’s efforts to support vulnerable individuals and provide practical assistance to improve their livelihoods.
