The Deputy Minister of Environment, Science, Technology and Innovation has described some Constituents of her constituency as ignorant.
According to the former Mayor of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (K. M. A.), major developmental projects in various developmental departments & aspects of life, ranging from Education, Health, Roads, and so on, are under various completion stages, others completed, while others are in the pipeline.
Speaking with Oyerepa Breakfast Show with Nana Kwadwo Jantuah, Mrs. Patricia Appiagyei, the Honourable Member of Parliament for Asokwa stated that her opponents in the upcoming General elections are ignorant of some developmental programmes happening in Asokwa Constituency.
Mrs. Appagyei made reference to roads and chronicled many of the road projects which started in the erstwhile President Kufuor’s era, continuing till today and still pursuing construction of other roads.
“We have about 7km worth roads to be constructed in Asokwa Constituency alone, ” the Honourable MP for Asokwa Constituency disclosed.
She again revealled second phase of asphalt overlays are about to begin in some areas of her constituency.
She also talked about World Bank providing facilities for Asokwa due they being Municipal Assembly Now. The one-time Deputy Ashanti Regional Minister called for the Constituents of Asokwa to be hopeful of better days ahead.
