Mr. Otuo Acheampong, popularly known in the media fraternity as Sometymer, has been continuously honoured with several awards within the space of three months for his tireless contribution to the media industry and football.
Firstly, Sometymer received the Hall of Fame Award at the 5th National Communications Awards in 2023. The Hall of Fame Award at the National Communications Awards is the pinnacle of recognition in the industry.
Followed by the Outstanding Industry Merit Award Media Management at the CenBa Africa Business Excellence Awards 5th edition.
The Long Service Awards Media by the Sports Writers Association of Ghana, (SWAG) 4th edition.
Sometymer has been in the media industry for over two decades, and his hard work, dedication, and contribution have been measurable.
He is currently the General Manager of Promise Broadcasting Limited (Oyerepa FM/TV and Promise Radio/TV) and also the Ashanti region president of the Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG).
