Dr Samiu Kwadwo Nuamah, former Member of Parliament for Kwadaso Constituency in the Ashanti Region has called for support to Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten to help the party in ‘breaking the eight.’
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) looks forward to retain power after their 8 year spell and the former Kwadaso MP believes that, it only the candidature of Alan Kyerematen who can maintain that power for the party.
According to him, the NPP is not ready to take any risk now and that is why Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten is the only sure bet going into 2024 elections.
In an interview on Oyerepa Breakfast show, the former legislator made it clear that almost all former MPs support Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten because they confident that he is the only competent and well groomed candidate to match the NDC in the 2024 elections.
However, he made it clear though the Vice President Dr Bawumia is also competent to lead the NPP, it is only Alan who can lead the party to remain in power, other will take the party to opposition.
“This is a man with a great vision , the idea of One District One Factory came from him and he is coming with “The Great Transformational plan” thus the GTP.”
“Alan is the only marketable candidate NPP can rely on at this crucial moment we don’t need to risk the chances of our party . There is no room for risk taking , not this time not this time at all” Dr Nuamah stated.
He consequently, called on all party members to fully support the Alan agenda as this is the only way the NPP can break the Eight .
