Professor Kingsley Nyarko, the Member of Parliament for the Kwadaso constituency, has expressed deep concern regarding the consistent sabotage he has faced from certain NPP executives within his jurisdiction since his election in the 2020 elections.
According to Professor Nyarko, the NPP chairman of the Kwadaso constituency, Bonah Boadi, along with an individual named Kwame Kwaakye, have actively hindered his efforts and are now vigorously working towards his defeat in the upcoming NPP primaries.
During an interview on Oyerepa Breakfast Time, Professor Nyarko firmly stated that the NPP Chairman, Kwame Kwaakye, and others who oppose him are driven solely by personal gain, rather than the best interests of the Kwadaso constituency.
“Some people sabotaging me in Kwadaso are doing it for their personal agenda, it’s not about the development of the constituency.
Kwame Kwaakye wants to be Chairman or Vice Chairman that’s why he’s fighting me but I want to tell him straight away that, his doings won’t materialize.” He disclosed.
The current legislator insinuated that Chairman Bonah Boadi has been spreading numerous falsehoods about him. This is simply because Bonah Boadi has introduced his relative to run against Kingsley, leading to a deliberate effort to remove him from office. Nevertheless, he (Kingsley) remains determined and self-assured in his ability to maintain his position.
“The chairman could have been impartial despite bringing his son-in-law to contest me. He doesn’t necessarily have to go out there and lie about me….. After all that I did for him (Chairman) he is stabbing me in the back. But in this world, no matter what you do the final determination is by God.” Kingsley said.
Professor Nyarko accentuated that, despite facing severe sabotage from ungrateful individuals, his efforts in the constituency will ultimately lead him to victory. The delegates of Kwadaso will undoubtedly recognize and appreciate his dedication, ensuring his re-election for a second term in office.
I’m optimistic that, based on my work in Kwadaso, the 1005 delegates will do me the honour to win the NPP parliamentary primaries on Saturday.”
