Chairman Odeneho Kwaku Appiah, former Afigya Kwabre South Constituency Chairman on the ticket of NPP has advised NPP members in Ejisu not to sleep till Lawyer Kwaben Boateng is elected MP of the area in Tuesday’s by election.
Speaking after a unity walk today at Ejisu, the most affable political Messiah in the region said the party needs to stay united and avoid complacency in order to secure victory for their candidate.
According to him all members should embark on door to door campaign in order to convey the good message of the NPP to every electorate in the area.
“Tuesday’s by-election should be a must win for the party. So let’s all rally behind lawyer, campaign vigorously to ensure that he wins with a wider margin.”
He was of the view that Tuesday’s by-election is of importance to NPP as far as parliamentary business is concern therefore, the NPP supporters should all come on board, put resources together and make sure to win the contest.
He cautioned them to be mindful about their choice of words which he believes can jeopardize the fortunes of the election.
