Following the announcement of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) campaign team for the 2024 elections, concerns have arisen regarding how Vice President Bawumia will handle the egos of the team’s prominent members.
In a recent interview, Dr. Gideon Boako addressed these concerns by highlighting Bawumia’s experience working with CEOs, Ministers, and Deputy Ministers. Boako emphasized that Bawumia has successfully navigated relationships with high-profile individuals in the past, demonstrating his ability to control egos and foster collaboration.
Despite the notable personalities within the campaign team, Dr. Boako expressed confidence that under Bawumia’s leadership, the team will work together harmoniously towards their shared goals.
According to Dr Boako, Bawumia has the temperament, attitude, and character to be able to associate with and work with everyone.
“We are humans and he knows that the people that he has assembled with the party to form the campaign team have their own character and lifestyle, some may have egos, some may have the temperament and all of that but he knows how to manage that. The big problem lies with those of us who are going to work with him, we should know that we are going to work with a team,” he said.
