Don’t Kill Babies, keep them – Shatta Wale celebrates his daughter’s 13th Birthday

Renowned Dancehall artist, Charles Nii Armah Mensah, popularly known as Shatta Wale, has commemorated his daughter’s 13th birthday by subtly addressing a past controversy involving Sarkodie, Yvonne Nelson, and an unborn child.

Shatta Wale revealed that he fathered the child during a financially challenging period in his life. Despite the circumstances, he encouraged the mother to keep the baby, and they named her Charissa Nhyira Wale Armah.

The revelation of Shatta Wale’s daughter has taken social media by surprise, as very few were aware of her existence until now.

Interestingly, the birth year of Shatta Wale’s daughter coincides with the year Sarkodie impregnated Yvonne Nelson, leading to the termination of the pregnancy.

Shatta wrote on his verified twitter handle that;

I Remember when your mother said she was pregnant 😂🙏

I was Damn broke ✌️

But something in me said “Tell her to keep it”

I told her and she did

Untill today I owe your mum and God will make me pay her back even though we went thru stress to get here

Now she is like a bestie to me 🎉✌️😂

She calls me king 👑

She call me Daddy

I have forgiven her and she has done same too

Even tho we can’t be together we have found a way to make you a happy child.
