The Ashanti Regional NPP chairman hopeful, Oheneba Kofi Adum Baawuah has lashed out at the party’s National Communication Officer, Yaw Buaben Asamoa.
According to Oheneba, the communication director has failed and must resign.
“I will plead with my brother Yaw Buaben Asamoa to resign because he has failed as communication director.” Mr Appiah said in an exclusive interview on Oyereapa Breakfast Time, Monday, May 9, 2022.
He asserted that the NPP has done a lot of work but Ghanaians are not hearing about it due to the bad communication system in the party.
“The NPP communications system has broken that’s why the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) has taken over the air space,” Oheneba told Akua Asieduwaa host of the show.
He is optimistic that if the Communication Director, Buaben Asamoa and his team do their work well 2024 agenda would be achievable.
“If we handle our communication well the NDC would not have anything to say because Akufo-Addo and NPP have done good work”, Oheneba indicated on the show.
Oheneba Kofi Adum Baawuah has made intentions clear to contest the Ashanti Regional NPP chairmanship race.
