The former professional teacher has successfully expanded her portfolio, delving into property development for the past three years.
Ohemaa Mercy acknowledged the capital-intensive nature of the real estate industry on Accra FM but emphasized the substantial rewards that come with it.
As she prepares for her upcoming event, Tehillah Experience, the Gospel songstress shared her excitement about this new chapter in her career.
“It’s been three years because the money goes into it and it doesn’t come but it teaches you how to endure till everything is done and then you get the money that you want. It is very good business.
I’ve properties in Oyarifa and Lashibi,” she said but was coy to add the number of properties she has so far and the kind of buildings she put up.
