Help Me Change social intervention programme of Oyerepa TV has brought relief to patients at St. Patrick’s Hospital in Offinso Maase, located in the Offinso North District of the Ashanti Region, through a generous donation aimed at supporting needy patients and the hospital administration.
As part of the initiative, the programme settled outstanding medical bills for several patients who were unable to afford the cost of their treatment, allowing them to receive the needed care and, in some cases, be discharged from the facility.
In addition to paying hospital bills, the Help Me Change team donated essential items including bags of rice, cooking oil, and other basic necessities to patients.
The items were presented as Christmas gifts to bring hope, joy, and comfort to patients during the festive season.
The hospital administration also benefited from the exercise, as quantities of disinfectants were donated to support sanitation and infection control efforts within the facility.
A special lunch was organized and shared among staff members across the various wards of the hospital in appreciation of their dedication and hard work in caring for patients.

Through the support of sponsors of the programme, three hardworking nurses at St. Patrick’s Hospital were recognized and honoured with citations for their outstanding commitment and service to healthcare delivery.
Speaking at the event, the Leader of the Oyerepa TV Help Me Change Programme, Akua Akyamaa, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the programme’s sponsors and the general public for their continuous support.
She noted that the contributions from Ghanaians have made it possible for the programme to touch lives and bring meaningful change to vulnerable individuals across the country.
“The Help Me Change programme is truly living up to its name. We are grateful to our sponsors and to all Ghanaians who support this initiative. Together, we are changing lives and giving hope to the needy,” she said.

The hospital authorities and beneficiaries expressed appreciation to Oyerepa TV and its partners for the timely intervention, describing the donation as a significant boost to both patient welfare and staff morale.
The Help Me Change programme continues to play a vital role in addressing social needs and supporting vulnerable groups across Ghana through charitable activities and community outreach.
