Musician, Samuel Adu Frimpong who is known popularly as Medikal is set to appear before court today.
This comes after his arrest on Thursday, October 22 after he was seen brandishing a gun in a video that went viral on social media.
After his arrest on Thursday, his lawyers tried to bail him out, however, he was denied bail and he is set to be charged for unlawful possession of a firearm.
Medikal’s arrest comes after the arrest of award-winning dancehall musician, Charles Nii Armah Mensah who is known as Shatta Wale.
According to a report, Medikal was nabbed for brandishing a gun on social media, therefore will face court today.
