In a bold declaration made years ago, Kumawood actor Kwaku Manu took credit for discovering fellow actor Kwadwo Nkansah aka Lilwin and propelling him into stardom.
Kwaku Manu stated that he first encountered Lilwin many years ago and was immediately drawn to him, prompting him to assist in realizing Lilwin’s aspirations of becoming a movie star.
Expressing his disappointment, Kwaku Manu revealed his dismay at Lilwin’s decision to conceal this truth from the public for so long.
However, in a surprising turn of events, renowned producer and director of Kumawood Films, Jackson K. Bentum, has contradicted Kwaku Manu’s assertions of being the one who discovered Lilwin.
During an interview with Ruthy on SeanCity TV, Jackson K. Bentum dismissed Kwaku Manu’s claims, stating that Lilwin had already established himself in Kumawood before Kwaku Manu entered the scene.
As such, Jackson K. Bentum expressed confusion over why Kwaku Manu continues to perpetuate falsehoods about discovering his fellow actor Lilwin.
