Akabenezer, best known as Ras Nene or Dr Likee in Kumawood, has announced his plans to take a break from acting.
He has been in the profession for more than two decades, and he wants to pave the way for new faces in Ghana’s arts and entertainment industry to demonstrate their potential.
The comical actor also revealed that he is around 50 years old and that his significant brand position keeps him occupied. In light of this, he intends to take some time off and relax.
He asked Ghanaians to assist and support these rising stars in order for them to reach the heights of their abilities.
Ras Nene has entertained Ghanaians for years with his unique sense of humour and acting abilities.
