Ghanaian rapper, Thorsten Owusu Gyminah, popularly known as Yaw Tog has shared his displeasure over the bad treatment Nigerians gave him and colleagues when they visited Nigeria for the African Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA).
The “Sore” hitmaker says Nigerians gave him, Gyakie and Kofi Jamar an unpleasant treatment.
Yaw Tog expatiated that, they were antagonized and were not recognized as celebrities in the country.
“Nigerians don’t treat Ghanaian artistes like their main artistes; they treat you as a normal person. You can’t be treated like Davido or Burna Boy over there. When we went there, they treated us badly, everything was normal compared to Ghana where I would have received some special treatment. Things were hard there”, he stated in a recent interview.
