Jamaican Dancehall artiste, Andre Hugh Sutherland, popularly known by the stage name, Popcaan has rescued by the Ghana police after robbers attacked him at East Legon, a community in Accra, the capital city of Ghana.
Popcaan, unfortunately, is said to have gotten into an incident at a prominent club around midnight on Wednesday, January 5, 2022.
Reports say the police fired gunshots before rescuing the Jamaican.
According to speculations the criminals attempted to rob the artiste, but his personal security intervened and shot three of them. However, he could not control the situation therefore the police intervened and rescued the musician.
A group of men are observed forcing their way into the pub, with one singling out the Jamaican artiste in a video circulating on social media.

Reports claim the Ghana police have arrested one of the alleged attackers, and Popcaan is safe as of now.
