Offinso South NDC Chairman, Agyenim Boateng Dominic (Oposini), and Organiser, Wiafe Mohammed (Guy 90), have been exposed in a plot to sell off 300 bags of fertilizer, valued at GH¢75,000, which were dubiously received from the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) Hon. Kingsly Appiah.
According to sources, the fertilizers were meant for distribution to farmers in the area but were instead being sold off for personal gain.
In a dramatic twist, a Kia Rhino vehicle loaded with the 300 bags of fertilizer was intercepted by the Abofour Police, and the driver, who attempted to speed off via the Kwapanin road, was arrested.
The incident has sparked widespread outrage and condemnation, with many calling for the immediate removal of the NDC Chairman and Organiser from their positions.
