Mr. Francis Kwesi Hagan, Founder and CEO of LinkTech Global LTD, has unveiled plans to transform Ghana into Africa’s technology hub. The company seeks to bridge the gap between Ghana and China through technology transfer, sustainable energy solutions, and AI education technology.
Speaking at the “LIGHTING UP GHANA” conference and launch of Hagans Brand in Accra, Mr. Hagan emphasized the importance of energy in driving fast and sustainable development. He noted that LinkTech Global LTD has developed a blueprint for sustainable energy and water solutions, which is a game-changer in the energy industry.
The company’s ecosystem combines energy with communication, making it more sustainable, dynamic, and affordable. Mr. Hagan also announced plans to give franchises to local communities, enabling them to generate income and grow their businesses.
LinkTech Global LTD’s mission is to positively impact Ghana’s economy and beyond. The company’s strategic partnership with Chinese firms is expected to create jobs and investment opportunities, transforming Ghana and Africa as a whole.
Mr. Hagan emphasized that Ghana remains the focus of LinkTech Global LTD due to its diplomatic and economic relations with China, business prospects, and strategic position in the continent’s free trade area.
On his part, Nana Kwadwo Adu-Boateng, Sales Director and Managing Director of Ghana EWIA Investment, emphasized the importance of transitioning to renewable energy in Ghana.
Adu-Boateng highlighted the benefits of adapting renewable energy, including reducing operational costs for businesses, empowering entrepreneurs, and attracting international investment.
He noted that EWIA Investment is committed to building Africa’s transition to green energy by providing tailored solar solutions to medium-sized enterprises. The company’s projects across agriculture, authority, construction, and manufacturing demonstrate how renewable energy can enhance productivity and support job creation.
While acknowledging the challenges of transitioning to sustainable energy, including financing, technological expertise, and robust policies, Adu-Boateng emphasized the opportunities for collaboration between governments, private sector players, and international partners.
