President Nana Akufo-Addo has appointed the Deputy Director of Communications at the Presidency, Kofi Agyepong, as the acting CEO of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA).
His appointment takes effect on 10 August 2022.
“The President has appointed you to act as the chief executive officer of the Agency, pending receipt of the constitutionally required advice of the governing board of the Agency, given in consultation with the Public Services Commission,” the Secretary to the President, Nana Bediatuo Asante said in the appointment letter.
He replaces Justin Kodua Frimpong, who was recently elected the General Secretary of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP).
