E-commerce called GLITMALL has officially been inaugurated.
The event came off last Saturday in Kumasi, the Ashanti Regional capital.
GLITMALL according to Mens Darko Kokora, Chief Operations officer is a company that is spearheading digital entrepreneurship which is leading to create digital jobs for Ghanaian youths. It is digital marketing that’s been opened for traders and buyers to sell and purchase all sorts of local products irrespective of where one may be in the country.
Speaking to Oyerepa Online in an interview, the GLITMALL Operations Officer indicated that, his company saw the need to create digital marketing to help the youth to earn some money via selling, buying as well as advertising the company via their smartphones.
He said, Ghanaian youth nowadays spend a lot of time and data online without earning anything, for this reason, GLITMALL has been created to help them get some sort of money as they watch or post videos, pictures, and documents to their friends.
“You’re on all social media platforms…sharing people’s videos for nothing. You’re wasting your data or money. Now GLITMALL has given you the opportunity, register, share the link so that when people click on it, they can shop or sell and you’ll earn some money.”
