Singer and dancer, Fancy Gadam has called on the business community in Ghana to wake up and invest heavily in the music industry.
“Businessmen and women in Ghana need to wake up when it comes to our music industry because as I have been saying we need investors,” he stated
During an interview on Property FM, the award-winning musician said Ghanaian artistes can equally do what the Nigerians are doing.
He continued that, “We can equally do what the Nigerians have been doing but when we don’t have the backing like the funds”.
“You need to invest so that the songs will be very big and that’s how you can get a lot of people supporting your music and get to listen to you.
“When that happens we can also get the opportunity to fill the O2 Arena and so on so it’s the investment that Ghanaians are lacking that’s all,” he opined.
