The National Organiser of the leading opposition party in Ghana, National Democratic Congress, N. D. C., has blamed the NPP Government abandoning of NDC-initiated projects on their Pride and Arrogance.
He was doubtful a laudable reason exceeding what he stated as being behind governments reluctance to complete previous government’s projects in the health sector.
Speaking with Nana Jantuah on Oyerepa Breakfast Show, Mr. Joshua Hamidu Akamba, NDC’s National Organiser quizzed any hospital project which former Prez Kufuor started which the National Democratic Congress (NDC) government did not continue.

He stated that there were no source of funding in the projects until the NDC government came to power that they secured funds for.
“If it was that easy, I’m sure by now Prez Akufo-Addo would have finish with most of the projects we started,” the NDC National Organiser stated.
Mr. Hamidu Akamba mentioned that the monies for the projects they left behind has been sourced for and so then questioned why for about 4years these projects haven’t been completed.
“Pride and arrogance is the reason behind the NPP abandoning the projects we started,” the National Organiser told Oyerepa F. M..
He added, “Former President Mills and Mahama have given much credit to Prez. Kufuor… it is rather the NPP who always don’t credit the NDC.”
