The General Overseer of Action Chapel International, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, has issued a strong warning to women about the importance of marrying men they truly respect.
In his message, Archbishop Duncan-Williams emphasized that women should not base their decision to marry solely on a man’s wealth or appearance. Instead, he stressed the significance of respecting and valuing the man they choose to spend their life with.
The Archbishop highlighted that a lack of respect in a marriage can lead to a breakdown in communication and understanding, making it difficult for the relationship to thrive.
In a recent interview, Archbishop Duncan-Williams elaborated on the reasons why it is crucial for women to marry men they hold in high regard.
“If you are a woman and you have not married, listen carefully, don’t marry any man you don’t respect; else, you will cross a line. It does not matter how romantic, handsome or how good he smells. Don’t marry him!
“Don’t settle for it just because no man is coming forward. Once you marry the person, you will cross the red line. Before you realize it, you will disrespect and despise him, and that can cause the enemy to touch you,” he said.
