A tragic accident took place at Offinso Asempaneye in the Offinso North Municipal of the Ashanti Region, resulting in the death of a young pub operator.
The victim, commonly known as Kofi Yibon, was a young man in his 20s who was riding his motorcycle at Asempaneye when he collided with a Tipper truck. Sadly, he passed away from his injuries at the scene, causing shock and sorrow.
Eyewitnesses stated that the accident happened around 7:45 pm, and the victim was declared dead on the spot.
The Offinso North Municipal Police Command has initiated an investigation into the incident, and the driver of the car is currently in custody pending further inquiries.
The community is grieving, and heartfelt tributes are being shared for the young pub operator, recognized for his amiable and lively nature.
