Ghanaian actress Benedicta Gafah has reignited her long-running controversy with founder of the International God’s Way Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim, popularly known as Angel Obinim, and his wife, gospel singer Florence Obinim, after releasing details of an alleged private conversation with the controversial preacher.

Just when many believed tensions surrounding the trio had faded, the actress has returned with explosive claims that have once again thrown social media into frenzy.

The latest drama reportedly began after Florence Obinim mentioned Benedicta Gafah during an interview with the founder of GH Page. The comments did not sit well with the actress, who immediately fired back online and accused the couple of repeatedly dragging her name into public discussions.

In screenshots and messages shared online, Benedicta Gafah angrily warned Angel Obinim to stop his wife from discussing her in interviews and public appearances. She also threatened to expose more private conversations allegedly exchanged between herself and the preacher.

“Is she out of her senses? Every conversation we had in December was recorded,” Benedicta Gafah allegedly wrote in one of the leaked chats.

“You were the one who said you had told her to stop whatever she keeps applying on her face because she looks like an animal,” she added.

The actress further expressed frustration over the continued association of her name with the Obinim family, insisting she was tired of being dragged into their marital controversies.

“If she wants to play this game, then let it begin. I’m so fucking tired of my name always being associated with you and your wife,” she stated.

The controversy has since generated heated reactions online, with social media users divided over the latest development. While some criticised Benedicta Gafah for leaking alleged private chats, others questioned why her name continues to surface in conversations surrounding the Obinim family. As the exchanges continue to trend across entertainment platforms, many observers believe the latest revelations may deepen the already strained relationship between the actress and the Obinim family.
