The ranking member on roads and transport Committee of Parliament who is also the Member of Parliament [MP] for Adaklu, Kwame Agbodza Governs has sounded a word of caution to the Greater Accra regional minister Mr Henry Quartey to rescind his decision to banning ABOBOYAA operation on the Tema motorway beginning next month.
According to him, potholes on the roads is a major challenge the country is facing and not Aboboyaa.
“The problem on our roads are potholes and that needs to be fixed instead of banning Aboboyaa on our roads.”
He added that, there’s no law in Ghana backing the decision of the minister in stoping some users of the roads.
Mr Agbodza urged the regional minister to resort to an appropriate Ministry and agency to adopt proper measures in addressing the issues.
