Dr Cryme has shockingly revealed that the music industry is full of corrupt people to the extent that one can buy an award if only he or she has the money to do so.
Speaking in an interview, Dr Cryme mentioned that his close friends who have been able to win an award by dubious means told him.
According to D Cryme, winning an award shouldn’t be the ultimate height for a musician to attain, rather the works that will impact people the more.
He also mentioned that impacting life with his music is his biggest achievement and wouldn’t rely on awards to measure his success as a musician.
His assertion has somehow confirmed the hearsay that award schemes in Ghana are fraudulent and not given based on merit.
