A suspected gay believed to be in his twenties narrowly escaped lynching at Bibiani Hwenampori in the Western North region.
Narrating his story to Oyerepa News, the victim said;
“I was buying food at the roadside. The guy approached and asked for my contact information. He called me and said he would take care of me. I thanked God for providing me with help, but the guy said he wanted to date me. By then I was listening to the call with my friends which we recorded.
He later called and said he wants to meet with me which I accepted. So when he came I took him somewhere and immediately we entered a room he began to undress to have anal sex with me. My friends then showed up. We stripped him naked, and the residents wanted to lynch him, but one of my friends called Sibo, stopped them and handed him over to the police.” The victim said.
