Frank Osei popularly known as Afriyie, a member of the defunct music group, Wutah, has opened up on suggestions that the group should come back again.
“I’m not God to predict the future but as for the name, Wutah, even when you called me for this interview you added Wutah to my name so I can’t take it off,” he responded.
He told Amansan Krakye the host “But like the both of us coming together again to be in a music group as we started will be very difficult looking at where we have gotten to now”.
The controversial music group which produced timeless songs like Kotosa, Big Dreams, Bronya, etc. became a household name and Afriyie Wutah was asked if he’ll consider continuing.
He answered “When we started way back we were very young like 21, 22 years but now we’re adults and both of us are married with children so a lot has changed.
“How long can we continue the back and forth but we’re musicians and at the same time I’m not saying that can happen but if an opportunity presents itself why not,” he added on Showbiz On Property.
“But going back to form a group as for that one is a no for me and I think we’ve gone beyond that.”
