A 35-year-old man identified as KD has been killed for disrupting a Christmas jam at Tarkwa Daamang in the Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipality in the Western Region.
Information gathered by Oyerepa News’ John Adabor Clement indicates that the deceased was a notorious man. He disrupted a jam organized by some young people in Opong-Valley, but the deceased was able to stop the jam and bolt with a motorbike and GHC800.
The following day, the deceased was beaten and shot to death after clashing with the organizers at Daamang.
All the suspects have fled the community after murdering the deceased.
Police in the area have taken the body to the mortuary and begun probing the matter.
