“Ungrateful!” – Don Little blasts Atemuda over GH¢5,000 daily movie pay

Popular Ghanaian actor and comedian Stephen Atanga, widely known in showbiz as Don Little, has sparked massive reactions online after launching a furious attack on fellow actor and skit maker Bismark Essel, popularly known as Atemuda, over a disagreement surrounding payment for a movie project.

In a viral outburst circulating on social media, Don Little accused Atemuda of becoming arrogant and ungrateful after allegedly demanding GH¢5,000 per day to feature in one of his productions.

According to Don Little, the two have shared a long history in the Kumasi movie industry alongside other actors including Nana Yeboah and Nene, making the sudden demand shocking and disrespectful.

“Atemuda, where are you? Bring yourself. I called you onto my set to help me, but you demanded GH¢5,000 per day. Have you seen that kind of money before?” Don Little fumed.

He continued: “Have you forgotten that you, Nana Yeboah, Nene and I used to work together in Kumasi? It’s not today that we have known each other. Then I invite you onto my set and you demand GH¢5,000 a day?”

The actor, visibly angry in the video, went on to remind Atemuda of the support he allegedly gave him during difficult moments in his career and personal life.

“When you were sacked from ‘Junka Town’, I took you in. Anytime you were going somewhere, it was even my car you used. Do you know the cost of spare parts? Have you ever asked?” he stated.

Don Little also accused Atemuda of refusing to negotiate after he allegedly pleaded for a reduction in the amount charged.

“I even asked you to reduce the price, but you refused and told me I could leave it. Is that how to talk to someone? People are just ungrateful. You don’t remember the good I have done for you,” he added.

As of now, Atemuda has not publicly responded to Don Little’s explosive allegations, but fans are eagerly waiting to hear his side of the story.
