A legal practitioner, William Kusi, has suggested to the president to halt all ongoing infrastructural projects in the country and concentrate on how to subsidize the price of fuel for Ghanaians.
Lawyer Kusi made this suggestion in an interview with Kwesi Parker-Wilson, host of Oyerepa Breakfast Time.
and added that the funds used for these projects should be channeled into cutting down the cost of fuel prices on the market. The projects could then be attended to when there’s stabilization in fuel prices.
He further explained that in this time of crises, the government should be putting in measures to cut down on expenditures on presidential and ministerial travels, as well as other ventures that do not contribute to the growth of the economy. He describes them as unnecessary.
“Let’s cut costs,” he emphasized.
