A suspected Nigerian phone seller was discovered dead under the Kasoa overpass early Tuesday morning, sparking suspicion of possible foul play.
According to reports gathered by Oyerepa News reporter Nana Ansah, the deceased had complained of severe stomach pains before his body was later found under the overpass.
Unconfirmed claims suggest he may have been poisoned by friends, though police say they are yet to establish the cause of death.
The body has since been deposited at the police mortuary for autopsy.
Municipal NADMO Director, Nash Nyande Adams, confirmed that the deceased was a phone seller who worked with friends at Kasoa, trading in mobile phones and accessories. He was found lifeless shortly after reporting his illness.
Police investigations into the incident are ongoing.
