“Stay safe and stay free” – Stonebwoy advises fans after Webkid’s bail

Award-winning Ghanaian dancehall musician Livingstone Etse Satekla, popularly known as Stonebwoy, has sparked reactions online after using his TikTok live session to advise his fans to stay away from trouble and avoid issues with the law.

In a calm but strongly worded message to his followers, the Bhim Nation president urged young people to live responsibly and avoid actions that could land them in police custody.

“You guys stay safe, stay free. You understand what I’m saying? Stay safe and stay free. Don’t do anything that will get you bailed… if they even bail you, they will still judge your case,” Stonebwoy said during the live session.

His comments immediately caught the attention of many social media users, especially coming at a time when discussions around the arrest of popular Shatta Wale fan and social media personality Webkid continue to dominate entertainment conversations online.

Webkid reportedly spent 41 days in police custody before finally being granted bail to the tune of GH¢100,000.

Although Stonebwoy did not directly mention Webkid during the live broadcast, many fans believe his statement was indirectly linked to the recent incident and served as advice to young followers who often get carried away by online trends and fan rivalries.

Some fans in the live comments section praised the musician for the mature advice and described him as a role model who has largely managed to stay away from major legal controversies throughout his career.

One fan replied: “Father, father, do not talk too much. We are learning from you to live our lives because you do not have issues with the law, so we will do the same.”

The comments have since gone viral across several social media platforms, with many users comparing how different celebrities influence their fan bases both positively and negatively.
