Shatta Wale: My baby mamas own houses and cars in their names

Ghanaian dancehall artiste Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr., popularly known as Shatta Wale, has once again stirred conversations online after opening up about how he handles money, relationships, and the welfare of the women in his life.

Speaking during an interview on ‘The Bonah Show’, the Dancehall King explained that he prefers empowering his partners while he is alive rather than waiting to distribute wealth through inheritance after death.

According to Shatta Wale, many men spend years with women without helping them establish anything meaningful for themselves, a mindset he says he does not agree with.

“I don’t believe in wills; I believe in reality. As I’m with the woman, what am I doing for her? Is everything I’m doing for her in her name?” he stated.

The musician further disclosed that the mothers of his children already own houses and cars registered in their personal names because he believes financial security should not only benefit the man in a relationship.

Shatta Wale’s comments have since generated heated reactions on social media, with many praising him for prioritizing the future and independence of his partners, while awaiting for the confirmation of what he said by the baby mamas.
