NPP presidential hopeful, Kennedy Agyapong, has chosen not to engage with the verbal assault launched against him by the second lady, Samira Bawumia.
During her recent speech to the delegates at Manso Nkwanta in the Ashanti Region, Samira urged them to “look sharp and ignore bitter, angry candidates.” Many believe that the second lady was referring to Kennedy Agyapong.
Speaking in an interview with Kwesi Parker-Wilson on Oyerepa Breakfast Time, Wednesday, the ‘Showdown Man’ said he would not respond to those attacks by Samira Bawumia because if he does, Samira’s marriage will collapse.
“I have vowed not to respond. You heard what Mrs. Bawumia said about me. When I respond, her marriage will collapse.
“If I were the one to respond to Samira, you would see how she would react. When I heard that, I just said, Lord, forgive them because they don’t know what they are doing.”
Have the NPP leaders heard? Have they seen the viral video? If I accumulate all these and respond one day, they will mention my name.” He stated.
