The former NDC parliamentary candidate for Atwima Mponua, Mrs. Sakina Oforiwaa, has called on young ladies to desist from unacceptable behavior in our society to redeem women’s dignity.
Speaking with Oyerepa TV News’, Kwabena Frimpong Manso (KFM), she said women’s dignity consists of self-respect, respect for others, and taking full responsibility for your own actions.
According to her, the attitude of most young ladies in our modern days has brought shame to womanhood, and it is time to change to redeem women’s dignity.
“When we are jealous, when we gossip, when we see other women as our competitors or rivals, it contributes to losing women’s dignity,” Mrs. Sakina Oforiwaa revealed.
She advised young ladies to remain focused and determined by their dreams without fear or favor, and to remain calm and respectful always.
Mrs. Sakina Oforiwaa appealed to men not to use dubious means to have affairs with young women in exchange for jobs, money, or other opportunities that they deserve without such evil practices.
“Young men need to pursue a prosperous vision to maintain their integrity, to support their homes as husbands, and to create joyful homes always,” Mrs. Sakina Oforiwaa advised men. ‘
Commenting on gender balance in workplaces, she called on parties to take responsibility to meet the demand.
