Proud dad moment: Ned Nwoko celebrates Regina’s son’s school honor

Nigerian businessman and politician Prince Chinedu Munir Nwoko, popularly known as Ned Nwoko, has shared a touching moment with fans after attending an award ceremony in honor of his son, Munir Neji Nwoko.

The senator posted a video capturing his arrival at the event held at Abraham Lincoln American Academy, where his son was recognized for his academic performance and positive contributions throughout the school year. In the clip, Ned Nwoko was seen stepping out of a vehicle alongside the young boy before gently holding his hand as they made their way into the ceremony venue.

Expressing his joy over the achievement, the politician praised his son’s dedication to education and hard work.

He wrote: “Today, I had the pleasure of witnessing my son, Munir, receive an award at Abraham Lincoln American Academy in recognition of his outstanding achievement and contribution during the academic year.”

“As a father, I am proud of his dedication to excellence and commitment to learning. Congratulations, Munir. May this achievement be the beginning of even greater accomplishments ahead,” he added.

The post quickly attracted reactions from admirers and well-wishers, many of whom congratulated the young award recipient and applauded Ned Nwoko for being present to celebrate the milestone with him.

However, some social media users shifted attention to Munir’s appearance during the event, speculating about his mood based on his facial expressions and body language. A number of commenters linked their observations to the child’s time away from his mother, although no evidence was provided to support such claims.

The discussion comes months after Nigerian actress Regina Daniels opened up emotionally about missing her children while away from them. At the time, she shared a video of a phone conversation involving her children and their nanny, a moment that touched many fans online. One particularly emotional exchange occurred when a child asked when they would see her again, prompting widespread sympathy from followers.

Despite the online speculation, the latest video primarily highlighted a proud family achievement, with many supporters choosing to focus on Munir’s academic success and the visible support shown by his father on the special occasion.
