Oyerepa TV is under Promise Broadcasting Limited, and its programs have won several awards at the just-ended 2nd edition of the Ashanti Legendary Awards 2023.
The station, which was established about three years ago, was adjudged “TV Station of the Year.”
Two programs of the station, “Help Me Change” and “AnanseKrom,” were also awarded at the Ashanti Legendary Awards 2023.
‘Help Me Change’ was selected as program of the Year
“Help Me Change” is a program designed to help the sick, poor, and vulnerable in Ghanaian society. It’s shown on Oyerepa TV every Sunday at 7 p.m.
‘Boafo Ye Nan’ movie series under the Anansekrom program won the Best Series Of the Year.
Aansekrom is also a program that portrays Ghanaian culture, lifestyle, and traditions. Personalities like traditional rulers, counselors, pastors, historians, and others are invisibly on the show to distract from scenes from the movie for our cherishing viewers to get the real understanding.
It’s on Mondays to Thursdays, from 8:00 p.m. to 9:20 p.m.
The entertainment show “Cinefie Show” won Entertainment Program of the Year. It’s aired every Saturday, from 7:20 to 9:00 p.m.
Meanwhile, the station had been adjudged “Best Television of the Year” for 2022 at the National Communications Award.
