A 58-year-old teacher at Oda Senior High School (ODASCO) has been found dead in his room at the school’s teachers’ bungalow in Akyem Oda.
The deceased, identified as Okyere Asamoah, was discovered after colleagues became concerned about his absence from school for several days. Their search led them to his on-campus residence, where they found his lifeless body.
The incident has left both staff and students in shock, with the cause of death yet to be established.
Police have taken custody of the body and conveyed it for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. Investigations are currently ongoing.
