The national caucus of NDC Parliamentary Aspirants has cautioned the rank and file the party to win the 2024 general election one touch.
According to them, the 2024 elections are not a foregone conclusion despite the mismanagement of the ruling NPP and the current economic hardship confronting Ghanaians.
They further mentioned that the 2024 general elections are going to be extremely cumbersome therefore, the party must fight ‘boot for boot’, to ensure no stone is left unturned.
Speaking at a press conference after the inauguration of the National Caucus of NDC Parliamentary Aspirants, Reverend James Ofoe Batsa, Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the caucus, called the party members not to be complacent that the hardship in the country can give them win on a silver platter.
The caucus is made up of more than 300 Aspirants who lost the party’s parliamentary primaries in may this year.
The purpose of the group is to bring all former parliamentary Aspirants, and their supporters together to work hard with a united front to ensure victory in 2024.
The caucus is also to ensure that no former parliamentary Aspirants of the party contested the national election as an independent candidate.
