Former fetish priestess-turned-evangelist, Patricia Asiedua Asiamah, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, has reunited with her husband and family following her release from Nsawam Prison after serving eight months in custody.
Her husband, Asiamah, confirmed her return in a Facebook post on Tuesday, March 3, expressing gratitude for her release. “Thank God my wife is finally home,” he wrote.
She is also expected to rejoin congregants of her church later in the day for fellowship, marking her first public appearance since regaining her freedom.
Nana Agradaa was originally sentenced to 15 years’ imprisonment on July 3, 2025, after being convicted of defrauding by false pretence and engaging in charlatanic advertisement.
Her legal team subsequently appealed the ruling, arguing that the sentence was excessive. Upon review, the Amasaman High Court reduced the custodial term to 12 calendar months, describing the initial sentence as harsh.
She has now been released under Ghana’s standard remission provisions after serving two-thirds of the revised sentence.
