Popular Ghanaian Gospel musician, Piesie Esther has said that her fire is still blazing because she is about to release a new hit song.
She believes that her yet to be released song is going to be a hit. It will be a song all people will love to listen to.
According to her, despite not getting a nomination for this year’s Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, she still sees a light at the tunnel.
In an interview on Joy Prime, Piesie said there are greater achievements ahead hence her decision to focus on her music career.
She added that getting a nomination and winning awards are just add-on that complements the works of an artist.
Piesie however, lamented over how she did everything to get her song, ‘Wobedi Adansie’ nominated but to no avail because none of the categories released had her name in it. She added that although she wasn’t nominated, she knows her song is one of the best.
“I want to say the Ghana Music Awards has not dealt with me rightfully, I want to pour the pains in my heart here so someone can relay it to them because it’s unfair that my song ‘Wobedi Adansie’ was not nominated,” Piesie lamented.
