Ghanaian actress Portia Asare Akua Boateng has recounted her initial experience on set as both enjoyable and perilous.
The renowned actress shared that her first foray into acting took place in Nkoransa-Boankrom, located in the Bono East Region.
During an interview on the Oyerepa Cenifie Showbiz, she disclosed that despite the fun she had during her debut performance, she encountered numerous challenges.
“My first time being on set was fun but it was a dangerous mission.
That time the producers took as to the Nkoransa-Boankrom in the Bono East Region. They took us to room 7 and that place was a hell. Our bodies nearly rotted. That time it took us 3 or more months to cast a full movie… However, that casting movie was a great fun. It’s not like today where industry players are resorting to all manner of juju just to bring a fellow down.”She declared
