Former President of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama is of the strongest opinion that it is about time Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo resigns.
He believes that the president has been the worst leader Ghana has ever had, and it will do the country a lot of good if he resigns from the position he is currently occupying.
Speaking to a charged crowd of party faithful in the Northern region, John Dramani Mahama indicated that Nana Addo Dankwa Akudo-Addo, during his time as opposition leader, said he would resign because the dollar was skyrocketing.
Therefore, since the dollar is now Ghc 17, he needs to resign and, before that, apologise to the people of Ghana for failing.
“Bawumia and Nana Addo came with very sweet words and I asked Nana Addo one question when we were at Kpandai. I said he said there is money but we are hungry in Ghana and so I’m giving him one question, where is the money?
In Lugri I am going to add one more question. He is on video and he said that Kufour’s time One Dollar to One Cedi. Mahama and Mills time One Dollar to Two Cedis and that if he were Mills, Mahama he would have resigned. Today, One Dollar, Seventeen Cedis, when is he going to resign? He should tell the people of Ghana when he is going to resign and he should apologise to the people of Ghana for the hardship he has subjected them to”.
