The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Mahama, will today, November 25, 2024, begin a tour of the Western Region ahead of the December 7 election.
With 12 days to go until the general election, Mr. Mahama’s tour is expected to end on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.
The tour will start with a courtesy call on the Western Regional House of Chiefs, where he will seek their blessings.
After meeting with the chiefs, Mahama will engage with religious leaders across the region.
As part of the tour, Mahama will visit the Wassa East, Shama, Essikado-Ketan, Sekondi, Effia, Kwesimintsim, and Takoradi constituencies to engage directly with voters and canvass for votes.
This follows the former President’s five-day tour of the Eastern Region, where he engaged with voters and party supporters.
