One of the NPP presidential candidates, Ing. Kwabena Agyapong, has pledged to throw his support behind whoever wins the ongoing presidential primaries, should he not emerge victorious.
Speaking to the media after casting his vote at the party’s headquarters in Accra, Agyapong emphasized the importance of unity within the party to reclaim power from the NDC in 2028.
Agyapong expressed confidence in his chances, citing his interactions with delegates during his tour of polling stations. However, he stressed the need for preparedness, whether winning or losing.
“I’m a product of this elephant, so whoever the party chooses, we’re going to support him,” he said.
Hon. Kwabena Agyapong is appealing to delegates to vote massively for him, with the goal of leading the party to victory in 2028.
