The Member of Parliament for the Kumawu Constituency, Hon. Ernest Yaw Anim, has commissioned a newly constructed 24-seater sanitation facility for Banko Senior High School, a move aimed at improving hygiene and sanitation within the school community.

The facility, which was officially handed over to the school on Tuesday, April 15, was made possible through the support of Mr. Kwaku Adu, a philanthropist and native of Banko-Nkubem, who partnered with the MP to make the project a reality.

In addition to commissioning the sanitation project, Hon. Ernest Yaw Anim also donated GH¢10,000 in support of the school’s ongoing dining hall roofing project.
Speaking at the ceremony, the MP reaffirmed his commitment to advancing education and creating a conducive learning environment throughout the Kumawu Constituency. He emphasized that investments in infrastructure and student welfare remain a top priority under his leadership.

The school authorities and community members present at the event expressed gratitude for the MP’s continued support and dedication to the development of the constituency.
