The Kumasi Central Prisons of the Ghana Prisons Service has expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Oyerepa FM for showing them love and care during the festive season.
Oyerepa FM on 27th of December, 2022 made a mark of putting smiles on the faces all inmates of the Kumasi Central Prisons.
The charity event dubbed “Oyerepa Dines with Inmates” led by Oyerepa Breakfast Morning Show Host Nana Yaw Mensah Joel saw the feeding of almost 2,000 inmates at the Kumasi Central Prisons.
Reacting to this kind gesture from Oyerepa FM, ADP Alhaji Osmanne Desambedo in an interview said they have not witnessed such a great event for time immemorial.
He commended the station for extending a helping hand to inmates at the facility and asked that more of it kind be done from time to time.
However, he appealed to the general public , organizations and individuals to also assist the Prisons to be able to take good care of the inmates.
