Ghanaian singer Kuami Eugene has reignited his feud with music duo DopeNation, taking another swipe at them during a recent interview.
Speaking on Hitz FM in a segment shared via Instagram on July 2, 2025, Kuami Eugene alleged that DopeNation expected to be pampered while under Lynx Entertainment.
According to him, the duo parted ways with the label because they struggled to handle the level of hard work and commitment the label demanded.
“I am just having fun. They thought that after signing with Lynx Entertainment, we were going to do everything for them, including putting food into their mouths.
“But when they realised they had to work harder, that was when they quit,” he said.
Kuami Eugene also recalled a past statement in which he remarked that DopeNation’s exit from Lynx Entertainment would ultimately benefit him.
According to him, he was only joking and made the comments in a lighthearted manner.
“When they left, they forgot that food meant for four people would now be given to two people. I was just having fun, and they know that.
“But because they were new to the record label, they didn’t know that is how I am,” he added.
